Samples for Skincare

Hello all! As some of you may know I have been dealing with some serious skin issues over this past year. Sad to say I am still trying to figure things out. Part of the fun and not so fun sometimes is trying out new products to see what will work for my very hypersensitive skin. Lucky for me some wonderful companies offer samples!
I have been doing some intense research about a brand beforehand which is all new territory for me. It is pretty interesting to learn about what a brand stands for, a little bit of history and background on the creators, as well as what sort of products they offer.
Now I love a free sample but even a sample you have to pay a little for is worth it to me – before shelling out the big bucks for a full size of anything.

The first brand I tried I was really excited about for a few reasons. Nice packaging, short and simple ingredient list, and most of all wonderful customer reviews.
Biossance: The Revitalizer.

This is the sample still in the box.

Cute little bottle it comes in.

Along with a dropper top for application.
I had very high hopes but was one of the very few people (5%) that didn’t get amazing results.

95% love it apparently. For me my skin didn’t react super badly, but it also didn’t love it.

Next up is a brand that has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Love the ethics and all. For someone with a severe nut allergy they don’t offer the most options but they do have a few! For all my vegan, vegetarian, fellow people with a formaldehyde allergy, and anyone who wants to know this brand is Vegan, Cruelty Free, and Formaldehyde Free. This company is Osea Malibu commonly just known as Osea. The name is actually an acronym for ocean sun earth atmosphere. And I have to say they have the best customer service. They offer sample packs based on skin type for $5. I can only really try one of the four samples that came in my little pack.

These are the samples. From top to bottom: Advanced Protection Cream, White Algae Mask, Ocean Cleansing Milk (the one I can actually try!), and Eyes & Lips.

Another brand that I am very excited about having samples for is Ceela Naturals

also known as Skin By Ceela. I am excited about this brand because it is Vegan, Cruelty Free, Free of: gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, milk, corn, fish, and shell fish.

The samples I have here are Just 7 for dry skin (which is their product for people with eczema), Hydrate, and Body.

I haven’t tried all of these samples yet but am very excited hoping that I have a good reaction.
